Good quality for the price
easy to carry
Perfect for mini break
Super fast delivery meaning we could start planning our city break - Rough Guides always cover where to go what to do really well.
Very handy when exploring the city
This was very handy when exploring Edinburgh: it’s a good size, the map is great for knowing what sites to look out for while exploring and I enjoyed reading the entries on historical events. I know many people would be inclined to use their phone when visiting a new place, but given the level of detail in guides like this, they would likely miss out on the historical anecdotes that add another dimension to places.
Minor quibble, but a couple of things were slightly out of date - Jenners went under this year - but it deserves 5 stars from me as it helped make my trip all the more exciting.
